By accessing or using Sightline ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Sightline is operated by Sightline HQ, LLC ("we," "our," or "us").
Sightline is a software-as-a-service platform that helps professional home inspectors create, manage, and share inspection reports. The Service uses artificial intelligence to assist in generating report narratives and analyzing inspection photos. All AI-generated content is intended as a drafting aid and must be reviewed and approved by the inspector before delivery to clients.
You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, complete information and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@sightlinehq.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
Sightline offers a free trial period followed by paid subscription plans. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees via our payment processor (Stripe). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Sightline HQ, LLC. You retain ownership of inspection data and reports you create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.
Sightline uses AI to assist in drafting inspection report narratives and analyzing photos. AI-generated content is not a substitute for professional judgment. You, as the licensed inspector, are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of all reports you deliver to clients. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy of AI outputs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sightline HQ, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sightline HQ, LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or any inspection reports you create or deliver using the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your report data before termination; contact support for assistance.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice in the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee.
